Hi, I’m Niyah, an illustrator from the Isle of Wight based in Edinburgh. I recently graduated with a degree in illustration from the University of Edinburgh; where I developed my style and explored a range of creative approaches.

My work is inspired by everyday subjects, with a particular love for drawing food, flowers and botanics. I enjoy creating detailed and colourful illustrations that feel both playful and informative, often combining visual storytelling with subtle educational elements.

I’m especially interested in projects that bring together art and communication, whether that’s through illustrated books, packaging or visual storytelling. My practise is all about making things that feel engaging, thoughtful and visually appealing.
